Established In 1978
Established in 1978, the West Reading Tavern has been owned and operated by the same family for over 45 years.
In April 2011, father and son became partners which brought fresh thinking and new ideas to the table. They have brought unique events to the community such as the Ice ‘N Spice Fest, Sand Castle Fest, French Fry Fest, Pumpkin Fest, and the Santa Crawl, making sure to include the local businesses of West Reading.
With his father’s passing, Mark will continue to offer an ever changing menu, and his fun filled events that have been a West Reading staple for over 10 years!
The Heart Of West Reading
Conveniently located in the 600 block of West Reading, the West Reading Tavern is one of the oldest established bar/restaurants in town. It’s atmosphere reminds one of an authentic English pub with its stained glass windows and fireplace, which convey a sense of warmth and coziness found nowhere else in Berks County.
